ब्रह्मार्पणम्

1. ब्रह्मार्पणं ब्रह्म हविर्ब्रह्माग्नौ ब्रह्मणा हुतम्।
   ब्रह्मैव तेन गन्तव्यं ब्रह्मकर्मसमाधिना॥

   Brahmarpanam brahma havirbrahmagnau brahmana hutam, brahmaiva tena gantavyam brahmakarmasamadhina.

   The offering is Brahman, the oblation is Brahman, poured by Brahman into the fire that is Brahman. One who sees Brahman in every action reaches Brahman alone.

   अर्पण ब्रह्म है, हवि ब्रह्म है, ब्रह्मरूपी अग्नि में ब्रह्म द्वारा ही आहुति दी जाती है। जो हर कर्म में ब्रह्म को देखता है, वह ब्रह्म को ही प्राप्त होता है।

2. अहं वैश्वानरो भूत्वा प्राणिनां देहमाश्रितः।
   प्राणापानसमायुक्तः पचाम्यन्नं चतुर्विधम्॥

   Aham vaishvanaro bhutva praninam dehamashritah, pranapanasamayuktah pachamyannam chaturvidham.

   Becoming the fire of digestion, I dwell in the bodies of living beings and, joined with the in-breath and out-breath, I digest the four kinds of food.

   मैं वैश्वानर अग्नि बनकर प्राणियों के शरीर में रहता हूँ, और प्राण तथा अपान से मिलकर चार प्रकार के अन्न को पचाता हूँ।
