गणेश पञ्चरत्नम्

1. मुदाकरात्तमोदकं सदा विमुक्तिसाधकं कलाधरावतंसकं विलासिलोकरक्षकम्।
   अनायकैकनायकं विनाशितेभदैत्यकं नताशुभाशुनाशकं नमामि तं विनायकम्॥

   Mudakarattamodakam sada vimuktisadhakam kaladharavatamsakam vilasilokarakshakam, anayakaikanayakam vinashitebhadaityakam natashubhashunashakam namami tam vinayakam.

   I bow to Vinayaka, who joyfully holds a modak in his hand, who always brings liberation, who wears the moon as an ornament, protector of those who delight in the world, the one leader of those who have no leader, slayer of the elephant demon, who quickly destroys the misfortune of those who bow to him.

   मैं उन विनायक को नमन करता हूँ जो आनंद से हाथ में मोदक लिए हैं, सदा मुक्ति दिलाते हैं, चंद्रमा को आभूषण की तरह धारण करते हैं, संसार के लोगों की रक्षा करते हैं, अनाथों के एकमात्र नाथ हैं, गजासुर का नाश करने वाले हैं और शरणागतों के अशुभ को तुरंत मिटाते हैं।

2. नतेतरातिभीकरं नवोदितार्कभास्वरं नमत्सुरारिनिर्जरं नताधिकापदुद्धरम्।
   सुरेश्वरं निधीश्वरं गजेश्वरं गणेश्वरं महेश्वरं तमाश्रये परात्परं निरन्तरम्॥

   Natetaratibhikaram navoditarkabhasvaram namatsurarinirjaram natadhikapaduddharam, sureshvaram nidhishvaram gajeshvaram ganeshvaram maheshvaram tamashraye paratparam nirantaram.

   I always take refuge in him, terrifying to those who do not bow, bright as the rising sun, honoured by gods and demons alike, who lifts his devotees out of great troubles: lord of the gods, lord of treasures, lord of elephants, lord of the ganas, the great lord, higher than the highest.

   जो न झुकने वालों के लिए अत्यंत भयानक हैं, उगते सूर्य जैसे तेजस्वी हैं, जिन्हें देवता और असुर प्रणाम करते हैं, जो भक्तों को बड़ी विपत्तियों से उबारते हैं, उन देवेश्वर, निधियों के स्वामी, गजेश्वर, गणेश्वर, महेश्वर और परम से भी परे की मैं निरंतर शरण लेता हूँ।

3. समस्तलोकशङ्करं निरस्तदैत्यकुञ्जरं दरेतरोदरं वरं वरेभवक्त्रमक्षरम्।
   कृपाकरं क्षमाकरं मुदाकरं यशस्करं मनस्करं नमस्कृतां नमस्करोमि भास्वरम्॥

   Samastalokashankaram nirastadaityakunjaram daretarodaram varam varebhavaktramaksharam, kripakaram kshamakaram mudakaram yashaskaram manaskaram namaskritam namaskaromi bhasvaram.

   I bow to the shining one who brings good to all the worlds, who crushed the elephant demon, with his great round belly, the best, with the noble elephant face, the imperishable, source of compassion, forgiveness, joy and fame, who gives a good mind to those who bow to him.

   मैं उन तेजस्वी गणेश को नमस्कार करता हूँ जो सब लोकों का कल्याण करते हैं, दैत्य रूपी हाथी का नाश करने वाले हैं, बड़े पेट वाले, श्रेष्ठ, सुंदर गजमुख वाले, अविनाशी, कृपा, क्षमा, आनंद और यश के भंडार हैं, और प्रणाम करने वालों को सद्बुद्धि देते हैं।

4. अकिञ्चनार्तिमार्जनं चिरन्तनोक्तिभाजनं पुरारिपूर्वनन्दनं सुरारिगर्वचर्वणम्।
   प्रपञ्चनाशभीषणं धनञ्जयादिभूषणं कपोलदानवारणं भजे पुराणवारणम्॥

   Akinchanartimarjanam chirantanoktibhajanam puraripurvanandanam surarigarvacharvanam, prapanchanashabhishanam dhananjayadibhushanam kapoladanavaranam bhaje puranavaranam.

   I worship the ancient elephant-faced one, who wipes away the suffering of the poor, the subject of the ancient scriptures, the first son of Shiva, who chews up the pride of demons, terrible at the dissolution of the world, adorned with serpents like Dhananjaya, with the ichor of an elephant on his cheeks.

   मैं उन पुरातन गजमुख का भजन करता हूँ जो दीनों का दुख मिटाते हैं, प्राचीन वचनों के विषय हैं, त्रिपुरारि शिव के बड़े पुत्र हैं, असुरों का घमंड चबा जाते हैं, संसार के प्रलय में भयानक हैं, धनंजय आदि नागों से सजे हैं और जिनके गालों से मद बहता है।

5. नितान्तकान्तदन्तकान्तिमन्तकान्तकात्मजं अचिन्त्यरूपमन्तहीनमन्तरायकृन्तनम्।
   हृदन्तरे निरन्तरं वसन्तमेव योगिनां तमेकदन्तमेव तं विचिन्तयामि सन्ततम्॥

   Nitantakantadantakantimantakantakatmajam achintyarupamantahinamantarayakrintanam, hridantare nirantaram vasantameva yoginam tamekadantameva tam vichintayami santatam.

   I always meditate on Ekadanta, the one-tusked, whose tusk shines with great beauty, son of Shiva, destroyer of Death, of unimaginable form, without end, who cuts through obstacles and always dwells in the hearts of yogis.

   मैं सदा उन एकदंत का ध्यान करता हूँ जिनके दाँत की चमक अत्यंत सुंदर है, जो यम के भी अंत करने वाले शिव के पुत्र हैं, जिनका रूप अचिंत्य और अनंत है, जो विघ्नों को काटते हैं और योगियों के हृदय में सदा निवास करते हैं।

6. महागणेशपञ्चरत्नमादरेण योऽन्वहं प्रजल्पति प्रभातके हृदि स्मरन् गणेश्वरम्।
   अरोगतामदोषतां सुसाहितीं सुपुत्रतां समाहितायुरष्टभूतिमभ्युपैति सोऽचिरात्॥

   Mahaganeshapancharatnamadarena yonvaham prajalpati prabhatake hridi smaran ganeshvaram, arogatamadoshatam susahitim suputratam samahitayurashtabhutimabhyupaiti sochirat.

   Whoever recites these five jewels of Mahaganesha with reverence every morning, remembering Ganesha in the heart, soon gains good health, freedom from faults, fine learning, good children, a long and steady life and the eight kinds of prosperity.

   जो व्यक्ति हर सुबह हृदय में गणेश का स्मरण करते हुए आदर से इस महागणेश पंचरत्न का पाठ करता है, उसे जल्दी ही आरोग्य, निर्दोषता, अच्छी विद्या, अच्छी संतान, लंबी स्थिर आयु और आठों ऐश्वर्य प्राप्त होते हैं।
